A gift box containing 8 spools of metallized thread from the Fil Au Chinois brand.
The Fil Au Chinois n°40 metallized thread is for hand or machine stitching.
It is made from a thin strip of metallic coated plastic which is tightly coiled for a smooth finish that will not fray.
This selection was created specially for the Elsa Schiaparelli exhibition in Paris, a designer of Italian origin renowned for her passion for shocking pink textiles.
This selection contains the following colours:
255 – burgundy,
235 – fuchsia,
210 – red,
292 – pink,
110 – old gold,
102 – gold,
122 – silver,

The spools are classed as small parcels by Royal Mail due to their size.
