A beautiful and unusual antique Irish linen table cloth with inserted bands of hand worked bobbin lace in blue, yellow and white and with smaller bands of blue and white bobbin lace. The cloth has a hand worked bobbin lace edging in blue and white.
The cloth came to me beautifully laundered and starched and has not been re laundered, there are some faint storage marks to one edge of the cloth as seen in the photos which will remove with a gentle soak and launder.
The table cloth is in excellent condition, with no damage to the lace and measures; 112 cm/ 44 inches square.
