This is a beautiful light weight pale sky blue Worsted wool twill with red and navy blue stripes. This Scottish pure new wool fabric has a beautiful finish and drape.
There is a small piece of fabric that has been cut from one end of the fabric, as seen in the last photo.

The weight of the length of fabric is 1212 grams.
The fabric was woven by the one of the last remaining working mills in the Scottish Borders.
